SEC. 805. VOLUNTEERS IN PARKS INCREASE. Section 4 of the Volunteers in the Parks Act of 1969 (16 U.S.C. 18j) is amended by striking out “$1,000,000” and inserting in lieu thereof “$3,500,000”.
