SEC. 815. WILLIAM B. SMULLIN VISITOR CENTER. (a) Designation.—The Bureau of Land Management’s visitors center in Rand, Oregon is hereby designated as the “William B. Smullin Visitor Center”. (b) Legal References.—Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other document of the United States to the visitor center referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “William B. Smullin Visitor Center”.
