CREDIT FOR RECONVEYANCE.

SEC. 1036. CREDIT FOR RECONVEYANCE. Within 24 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Cape Fox Corporation may transfer all or part of its right, title, and interest in and to the approximately 320-acre parcel that includes Beaver Falls Hydroelectric power-house site to the United States as part of an equal value exchange.
