LAND USE REGULATION.
SEC. 309. LAND USE REGULATION. Nothing in this title shall be construed to— (1) modify, enlarge, or diminish any authority of Federal, State, and local governments to regulate any use of land as provided for by law or regulation; or (2) grant powers of zoning or land use to the Augusta Canal Authority.
