PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT PLAN.
SEC. 705. PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT PLAN. (a) Preparation of Partnership Management Plan.—A Partnership Management Plan shall be submitted to the Secretary for approval no later than three years after the date of the enactment of this title. (b) Assistance.—The Secretary may provide technical assistance in the preparation of the Partnership Management Plan.
