Sec. 333. (a) Section 5302(a)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking— (1) in subparagraph (B), “that extends the economic life of the bus for at least 5 years”; and (2) in subparagraph (C), “that extends the economic life of the bus for at least 8 years”. (b) The amendments made by this section shall not take effect before March 31, 1996.
