Sec. 345. The Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Labor and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall, within three months of the date of enactment of this Act, carry out research to identify successful telecommuting programs in the public and private sectors and provide for the dissemination to the public of information regarding the establishment of successful telecommuting programs and the benefits and costs of telecommuting. Within one year of the date of enactment 109 STAT. 460 of this Act, the Secretary shall report to Congress its findings, conclusions, and recommendations regarding telecommuting developed under this section.
