Sec. 352. (a) The Federal Aviation Administration Technical Center located at the Atlantic City International Airport in Pomona, New Jersey, shall be known and designated as the “William J. Hughes Technical Center”. (b) Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal Aviation Administration Technical Center referred to in section (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “William J. Hughes Technical Center”.
