Federal Drug Control Programs high intensity drug trafficking areas program (including transfer of funds) For necessary expenses of the Office of National Drug Control Policy’s High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Program, $103,000,000 for drug control activities consistent with the approved strategy for each of the designated High Intensity Drug Trafficking 109 STAT. 480 Areas, of which no less than $55,000,000 shall be transferred to State and local entities for drug control activities; and of which up to $48,000,000 may be transferred to Federal agencies and departments at a rate to be determined by the Director: Provided, That the funds made available under this head shall be obligated within 90 days of the date of enactment of this Act. This title may be cited as the “Executive Office Appropriations Act, 1996”.
