SEC. 336. TRANSFER OF SECTION 9 FUNDS. The Governor of Nevada, after consultation with all urbanized areas within Nevada, may transfer not to exceed $10,000,000 of unused apportionments under sections 9 A and 9 of the Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964 for use for urban mass transportation purposes in Santa Clara County, California.
