Sec. 8107. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, within the funds available in this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force may enter into agrements to modify leases of housing units being constructed if deemed to be in the best interest of the Department. The housing units shall be assigned, without rental charge, as family housing to members of the armed forces who are eligible for assignment to military family housing.
