Section 705(k)(2)(C) of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000e–4(k)(2)(C)) is amended— (1) in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking “including” and inserting “including information, presented in the aggregate, relating to”; (2) in clause (i), by striking “the identity of each person or entity” and inserting “the number of persons and entities”; (3) in clause (ii), by striking “such person or entity” and inserting “such persons and entities”; and (4) in clause (iii)— (A) by striking “fee” and inserting “fees”; and (B) by striking “such person or entity” and inserting “such persons and entities”.
