SEC. 2091. REPORTS ELIMINATED. (a) Report on Properties Conveyed for Historic Monuments and Correctional Facilities.—Section 203(o) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 484(o)) is amended— (1) by striking out paragraph (1); (2) by redesignating paragraphs (2) and (3) as paragraphs (1) and (2), respectively; and (3) in paragraph (2) (as so redesignated) by striking out “paragraph (2)” and inserting in lieu thereof “paragraph (3)”. (b) Report on Properties Conveyed for Wildlife Conservation.—Section 3 of the Act entitled “An Act authorizing the transfer of certain real property for wildlife, or other purposes.”, approved May 19, 1948 (16 U.S.C. 667d; 62 Stat. 241) is amended by striking out “and shall be included in the annual budget transmitted to the Congress”.
