SEC. 2201. REPORTS ELIMINATED. (a) Reports on Panama Canal.—Section 1312 of the Panama Canal Act of 1979 (Public Law 96–70; 22 U.S.C. 3722) is repealed. (b) Technical and Conforming Amendment.—The table of contents in section 1 of such Act is amended by striking out the item relating to section 1312.
