SEC. 1082. REPORTS MODIFIED. (a) Report on Levels of the Ogallala Aquifer.—Title III of the Water Resources Research Act of 1984 (42 U.S.C. 10301 note) is amended— (1) in section 306, by striking “annually” and inserting “biennially”; and 109 STAT. 722 (2) in section 308, by striking “intervals of one year” and inserting “intervals of 2 years”. (b) Report on Effects of Outer Continental Shelf Leasing Activities on Human, Marine, and Coastal Environments.—Section 20(e) of the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act (43 U.S.C. 1346(e)) is amended by striking “each fiscal year” and inserting “every 3 fiscal years”.
