SEC. 1141. REPORTS ELIMINATED. (a) Report on Adequacy of Rates for State Home Care.—Section 1741 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out subsection (c); and (2) by redesignating subsections (d) and (e) as subsections (c) and (d), respectively. (b) Report on Loans To Purchase Manufactured Homes.—Section 3712 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out subsection (1); and (2) by redesignating subsection (m) as subsection (1). (c) Report on Compliance With Funded Personnel Coding.— (1) Repeal of report requirement.—Section 8110(a)(4) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking out subparagraph (C). (2) Conforming amendments.—Section 8110(a)(4) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by— (A) redesignating subparagraph (D) as subparagraph (C); (B) in subparagraph (A), by striking out “subparagraph (D)” and inserting in lieu thereof “subparagraph (C)”; and (C) in subparagraph (B), by striking out “subparagraph (D)” and inserting in lieu thereof “subparagraph (C)”.
