Sec. 113. Of the funds appropriated under Public Law 103–307, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts in the specified amounts: Military Construction, Army, $3,500,000; Military Construction, Navy, $3,500,000; Military Construction, Air Force, $3,500,000; North Atlantic Treaty Organization Infrastructure, $33,000,000; Base Realignment and Closure Account, Part III, $32,000,000. Of the funds appropriated under Public Law 102–136, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following account in the specified amount: Military Construction, Naval Reserve, $25,100,000.
