Sec. 115. Funds in the amount of $76,900,000 received during fiscal years 1994 and 1995 by the Department of the Air Force pursuant to the “Memorandum of Agreement between the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the United States Air Force on Titan IV/Centaur Launch Support for the Cassini Mission,” signed September 8, 1994, and September 23, 1994, and Attachments A, B, and C to that Memorandum, shall be merged with 109 STAT. 83 appropriations available for research, development, test and evaluation and procurement for fiscal years 1994 and 1995, and shall be available for the same time period as the appropriation with which merged, and shall be available for obligation only for those Titan IV vehicles and Titan IV-related activities under contract as of the date of enactment of this Act.
