Sec. 107. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available pursuant to this Act shall be obligated or expended to finance changing the name of the mountain located 63 degrees, 04 minutes, 15 seconds west, presently named and referred to as Mount McKinley: Provided, That no funds made available by this or any other Act shall be expended to exchange lands located within the 102 STAT. 1801boundaries of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area in Nevada in township 32 south, range 22 west, Mount Diablo Meridian.
