SEC. 337. LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS ACT, 1947 AMENDMENT. Section 302(b)(2) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947 (29 U.S.C. 186(b)(2)) is amended by striking the parenthetical phrase and inserting in lieu thereof “(as defined in section 13102 of title 49, United States Code)”.
