NATIONAL FILM REGISTRY.
SEC. 2. NATIONAL FILM REGISTRY.The Librarian of Congress (hereafter in this Act referred to as the “Librarian”) shall establish a National Film Registry pursuant to the provisions of this Act, for the purpose of registering films that are culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.
