SEC. 6. REMEDIES. (a) Jurisdiction and Standing.—The several district courts of the United States shall have jurisdiction, for cause shown, to prevent and restrain violations of sections 4 and 5 of this Act upon the application of the Librarian to the Attorney General of the United States acting through the several United States Attorneys in their several districts. (b) Relief.— (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), relief shall be limited to the prospective inclusion or application of, or removal of, a label as appropriate. (2) In the case in which the Librarian finds a pattern or practice of the willful violation of this Act, the United States District Courts may order civil fines of not more than $10,000 and appropriate injunctive relief.
