SEC. 306. SENSE OF CONGRESS ON RECEIPT OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION. It is the sense of Congress that Members of Congress have equal standing with officials of the Executive Branch to receive classified information so that Congress may carry out its oversight responsibilities under the Constitution.
