SEC. 205. EXPANSION OF AUTHORITY FOR ENHANCED-USE LEASES OF DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS REAL PROPERTY. (a) Four-Year Extension of Authority.—Section 8169 is amended by striking out “December 31, 1997” and inserting in lieu thereof “December 31, 2001”. (b) Repeal of Limitation on Number of Agreements.—(1) Section 8168 is repealed. 111 STAT. 2289 (2) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 81 is amended by striking out the item relating to section 8168.
