SEC. 129. REGULATIONS FOR SUNSCREEN PRODUCTS. Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall issue regulations for over-the-counter sunscreen products for the prevention or treatment of sunburn.
