Sec. 102. Authorities contained in the Department of Justice Appropriation Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1980 (Public Law 96–132; 93 Stat. 1040 (1979)), as amended, shall remain in effect 111 STAT. 2457until the termination date of this Act or until the effective date of a Department of Justice Appropriation Authorization Act, whichever is earlier.
