Sec. 125. Section 217(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1187(f)) is amended to read as follows: “(f) Definition of Pilot Program Period.—For purposes of this section, the term ‘pilot program period’ means the period beginning on October 1, 1988, and ending on April 30, 1998.”.
