SEC. 504. EXTENSION OF COSPONSORSHIP AUTHORITY. Section 401(a)(2) of the Small Business Administration Reauthorization and Amendments Act of 1994 (15 U.S.C. 637 note) is amended by striking “September 30, 1997” and inserting “September 30, 2000”.
