Health Care Financing Administration program management For an additional amount for “Program management”, $2,200,000. Title II of Public Law 105–78 is amended under this heading by striking the fourth proviso and inserting the following new proviso: “Provided further, That $20,000,000 appropriated under this heading for the transition to a single Part A and Part B processing system and $20,000,000 to be used only to the extent needed for Year 2000 century date change conversion requirements of external contractor systems shall remain available until expended:”.
