Sec. 10003. Section 203 of the National Sea Grant College Program Act (33 U.S.C. 1122) is amended by— (1) striking paragraph (5) and redesignating paragraphs (6) through (17) as paragraphs (5) through (16); (2) redesignating subparagraphs (C) through (F) of paragraph (7), as redesignated, as subparagraphs (D) through (G); and (3) inserting after subparagraph (B) of paragraph (7), as redesignated, the following: “(C) Lake Champlain (to the extent that such resources have hydrological, biological, physical, or geological characteristics and problems similar or related to those of the Great Lakes);” .
