SEC. 3017. NATIONAL TRANSIT INSTITUTE. (a) In General.— Section 5315(a) is amended— (1) in paragraph (5) by inserting “and architectural design” before the semicolon at the end; (2) in paragraph (7) by striking “carrying out” and inserting “delivering”; (3) in paragraph (11) by inserting “, construction management, insurance, and risk management” before the semicolon at the end; (4) in paragraph (13) by striking “and” at the end; (5) in paragraph (14) by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and (6) by adding at the end the following: “(15) innovative finance; and “(16) workplace safety”. (b) Conforming Amendment.— The item relating to section 5315 in the table of sections for chapter 53 is amended by striking “mass transportation” and inserting “transit”.
