SEC. 8206. INCREASE IN AID AND ATTENDANCE RATES FOR VETERANS ELIGIBLE FOR PENSION. Effective October 1, 1998, the maximum annual rates of pension in effect as of September 30, 1998, under the following provisions of chapter 15 of title 38, United States Code, are increased by $600: (1) Subsections (d)(1), (d)(2), (f)(2), and (f)(4) of section1521. (2) Section 1536(d)(2).
