Health Resources and Services Administration health education assistance loans program Public Law 104–208, under the heading “Health Education Assistance Loans Program” is amended by inserting after “$140,000,000” the following: “: Provided further, That the Secretary may use up to $499,000 derived by transfer from insurance premiums collected from guaranteed loans made under title VII of the Public Health Service Act for the purpose of carrying out section 709 of that Act”.
