Sec. 7004. The Comptroller General may use available funds, now and hereafter, to enter into contracts for the acquisition of severable services for a period that begins in one fiscal year and ends in the next fiscal year and to enter in multiyear contracts for the acquisition of property and nonaudit-related services, to the same extent as executive agencies under the authority of sections 303L and 304B, respectively, of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act (41 U.S.C. 2531 and 254c).111 STAT. 193
