SEC. 40006. FUNDING OF COMMISSION. There is authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1997 for carrying out this title, $650,000, to remain available until 111 STAT. 211expended, or until one year after the termination of the Commission pursuant to section 40007, whichever occurs first.
