Sec. 304. Notwithstanding 31 U.S.C. 1502(a), 31 U.S.C. 1552(a), and 31 U.S.C. 1553(a), funds appropriated in Public Law 101511, Public Law 102–396, and Public Law 103–139, under the heading “Weapons Procurement, Navy”, that were obligated and expended to settle claims on the MK-50 torpedo program may continue to be obligated and expended to settle those claims.
