WORKING CAPITAL FUNDS Funds are hereby authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 1989 for the use of the Armed Forces and other activities and 102 STAT. 1948agencies of the Department of Defense for providing capital for working-capital funds in amounts as follows: For the Army Stock Fund, $291,900,000. For the Navy Stock Fund, $184,700,000. For the Air Force Stock Fund, $186,900,000. For the Defense Stock Fund, $25,000,000.
