CATALOGING COMPLAINTS.

SEC. 3701. CATALOGING COMPLAINTS. In collecting data for the report required under section 1211 of the Taxpayer Bill of Rights 2 (Public Law 104–168), the Secretary of the Treasury or the Secretary’s delegate shall, not later than January 1, 2000, maintain records of taxpayer complaints of misconduct by Internal Revenue Service employees on an individual employee basis.
