CONSULTATION AND REPRESENTATION EXPENSES.

SEC. 104. CONSULTATION AND REPRESENTATION EXPENSES. From appropriations made under authorizations provided in this Act, not more than $10,000 may be used in each fiscal year for official consultation, representation, or other extraordinary expenses. The Director shall have the discretion to determine the expenses (as described in this section) for which the funds described in this section shall be used. Such a determination by the Director shall be final and binding on the accounting officers of the Federal Government.
