SEC. 332. PERFORMANCE OF FIREFIGHTING AND SECURITY GUARD FUNCTIONS AT AMCHITKA. ALASKA (a) Authority To Contract.—The Secretary of the Navy may contract for the performance of firefighting and security guard functions required by the Navy at the over-the-horizon radar site at Amchitka, Alaska. (b) Inapplicability of Limitation on Use of Funds.—Section 2693 of title 10, United States Code, shall not apply with respect to the authority provided in subsection (a).
