DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 301. DEFINITIONS. Section 2 of the Wagner-Peyser Act (29 U.S.C. 49a) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)— (A) by striking “or officials”; and (B) by striking “Job Training Partnership Act” and inserting “Workforce Investment Act of 1998”; (2) by striking paragraphs (2) and (4); (3) by redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (4); (4) by inserting after paragraph (1) the following: “(2) the term ‘local workforce investment board’ means a local workforce investment board established under section 117 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998; “(3) the term ‘one-stop delivery system’ means a one-stop delivery system described in section 134(c) of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998;”; and (5) in paragraph (4) (as redesignated in paragraph (3)), by striking the semicolon and inserting “; and”.
