SEC. 307. REPEAL OF FEDERAL ADVISORY COUNCIL. Section 11 of the Wagner-Peyser Act (29 U.S.C. 49j) is amended— (1) by striking “11.” and all that follows through “(b) In” and inserting “11. In”; and (2) by striking “Director” and inserting “Secretary”.
