REPORT ON ALLOCATION OF SDI FUNDING FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989

SEC. 222. REPORT ON ALLOCATION OF SDI FUNDING FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989 (a) Report.—The Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services and the Committees on Appropriations of the Senate and the House of Representatives a report on the allocation of funds appropriated or otherwise made available for the 102 STAT. 1942Strategic Defense Initiative for fiscal year 1989. The report shall specify the amount of such funds allocated for each program, project, or activity of the Strategic Defense Initiative within each appropriation account. (b) Deadline for Report.—The report required by subsection (a) shall be submitted not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act.
