REPORT ON COMPETITION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED TACTICAL RECONNAISSANCE SYSTEM

SEC. 244. REPORT ON COMPETITION FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED TACTICAL RECONNAISSANCE SYSTEM Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to Congress a report outlining the plans of the Secretary for establishing, to the maximum extent practicable, competition in the development and production of components for the Advance Tactical Reconnaissance System.
