SEC. 844. EXTENSION OF CONTRACT GOAL FOR SMALL AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESSES Section 1207 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1987 (Public Law 99–661; 100 Stat. 3973) is amended in subsections (a) and (h) by striking out “and 1989” and inserting in lieu thereof “1989, and 1990”.
