SEC. 625. CIVILIAN CLOTHING ALLOWANCE Section 419 of title 37, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out “member” each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof “officer”; (2) by striking out “is entitled” and inserting in lieu thereof “may be paid”; and (3) by striking out “member’s” and inserting in lieu thereof “officer’s”.
