SEC. 644. SHARING OF HEALTH-CARE RESOURCES BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND THE VETERANS’ ADMINISTRATION Of the total amount appropriated for operation and maintenance for the Department of Defense for fiscal year 1989, $20,000,000 shall be available only for sharing health-care resources between the Department of Defense and the Veterans’ Administration under section 5011 of title 38, United States Code, or under section 1535 of title 31, United States Code.
