SEC. 461. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. subsection (b) of section 461 (20 U.S.C. 1087aa) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “1993” and inserting “1999”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking “1997” each place the term appears and inserting “2003”.
