SEC. 917. REPORTS. Section 204(3) of the Education of the Deaf Act of 1986 (20 U.S.C. 4354(3)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “The annual” and inserting “A summary of the annual”; and (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking “the annual” and inserting “a summary of the annual”.
