SEC. 921. OVERSIGHT AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENTS. Section 209 of the Education of the Deaf Act of 1986 (20 U.S.C. 4359) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by striking “Committee on Education and Labor” and inserting “Committee on Education and the Workforce”; and 112 STAT. 1832 (2) by redesignating such section as section 208.
